I have always enjoyed cooking and baking, but just got into cake decorating a few years ago. I’m no Cecilia Villavici, but I’ve been told I make a pretty decent cake. With more time and practice, I got better at decorating and began practicing with fondant, royal icing, and colorflow icing.  What started out as a hobby is keeping me busy with orders from friends, family, and coworkers.
